Petite Friture Quasar Lamp

With the Quasar, petite friture has added an innovative portable lamp for indoor and outdoor use to its collection! The lamp has a beautiful drawstring which not only makes it pleasant to wear, but the lamp can also be hung on a pergola or in a tree.

The design is by Samy Rio. He spent two years on his quest to find the perfect balance between craftsmanship and industrial design, between beauty and functionality, between state of the art technology and sustainability. It became the Quasar lamp, with a direct reference to astronomy: the brightest of all heavenly bodies. Samy Rio also drew inspiration from the organic shape of bamboo.

Quasar is made of recyclable and sustainable materials and is designed to last. The base is made from 25% recycled ABS and is impact resistant, and the anodized aluminum used for the lamp cover is 20% recycled and corrosion resistant. The lamp is protected against dust and splash water from any angle. Quasar is rechargeable and wireless, making it a highly autonomous object.

Petite friture Quasar portable lamp runs on LED technology for a more energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, sustainable light. The portable lamp has a dimmer that includes three colours: 2.200 K (warm white), 3.000 K (neutral white) and 4.000K (cool white). All colors have three light intensities (from 25% to 100%) for a total of nine different light combinations. The Quasar portable lamp can adapt to suit your preferences as they change. The rechargeable lamp lasts up to 6 hours at 100% intensity and up to 12 hours at 25% intensity.

Quasar is available in 5 different colors, from neutral to more inense colors.
